By accessing our website, purchasing a promotional deal, or scheduling an auto detailing appointment with Rizz & Shine Auto Spa and Detailing, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1Service Scope & Customer Acknowledgments

• Vehicle Condition Inspection: Prior to beginning any service, our technicians conduct a pre-service vehicle assessment. Existing paint defects, clear coat damage, rock chips, deep scratches, oxidation, worn leather, torn upholstery, or prior improper repairs will be noted.
• Limitation of Results: Auto detailing improves vehicle cleanliness and appearance, but cannot restore heavily degraded, permanently damaged, or oxidized materials to new condition. We do not guarantee complete removal of deep stains, severe paint scratches, or pervasive odors (such as mold or heavy smoke).

2Pre-Existing Vehicle Damage & Liability Waiver

To the maximum extent permitted under Texas state law, Rizz & Shine Auto Spa and Detailing, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be held liable for:

• Pre-existing physical, mechanical, or electrical damage, including but not limited to failing clear coat, loose trim, cracked leather, broken dashboard controls, or pre-existing windshield chips/cracks.
• Damage arising from aged, brittle, repainted, or improperly repaired vehicle components, plastic clips, or badges.
• Engine bay cleaning performed on vehicles with aftermarket wiring, unsealed electronics, or pre-existing mechanical leaks.
• Damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle during service. Customers are required to remove all cash, electronics, valuables, firearms, and personal belongings prior to service.

3Mobile Service Requirements (If Applicable)

For mobile detailing services within the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) metroplex:

• The customer must provide a safe, off-street work location (driveway, private parking bay, or garage) with sufficient clearance around the vehicle.
• The customer must provide access to an operable water spigot and standard electrical outlet unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
• Services may be rescheduled due to adverse weather (rain, high winds, extreme cold/heat), safety concerns, or hazardous site conditions without financial penalty to the business.

4Payments, Booking Fees, & Promotional Deals

• Payment Terms & Options: The full booking fee for the scheduled service will be charged for the “book without pay” option at the time the appointment is scheduled, and the full service fee will be charged for all online service purchases at the time of purchase using the “pay now” button.
• Promotional Deals & Email Coupons: Monthly promotional deals (including reward credits, e-coupons, or percentage-off vouchers) are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and must be used within the designated expiration timeframe unless stated otherwise. Coupons apply strictly to qualifying services of equal or greater specified value.
• Chargebacks & Disputes: By booking a service, you agree to contact Rizz & Shine Auto Spa and Detailing directly to resolve any service concerns before filing a payment dispute or chargeback with your financial institution.

5Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers may reschedule or cancel appointments by providing at least 24 hours’ advance notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to make the vehicle accessible at the scheduled time (“No-Show”), will result in the forfeit of the entire amount of the booked service fee.

6Service Satisfaction & Notice Period

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, you must notify Rizz & Shine Auto Spa and Detailing within 24 hours of service completion and provide photographic proof of the concern. We reserve the right to inspect the vehicle and perform necessary re-cleans or adjustments. We are not responsible for any issues reported after 24 hours or after the vehicle has been driven extensively or exposed to outdoor elements post-service.

7Maximum Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, the maximum aggregate liability of Rizz & Shine Auto Spa and Detailing for any claim, loss, property damage, or dispute arising out of or related to our services or website shall not exceed the total dollar amount paid by the customer for the specific detailing service in question. In no event shall the business be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

8Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

9Modifications

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or booking of services after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
